Synopsis
Når statsministeren på kort varsel annonserer sitt besøk til Runas skole i Lillebygd blir hun overbevist om at hun skal bli valgt til Norges nye statsminister. Men Runa er bare 8 år og har verken lyst til å bli statsminister eller å flytte fra mamma og helt til Oslo.
